and FOOD SCIENCE
by Kathleen Crea, MLS, 6th Year, AHIP
Information & Education Services Librarian
The Internet offers a variety of useful, free tools for nutritionists
or those studying the science of food production as well as anyone interested
in healthy eating. There is much more to nutrition and food science besides
scientific analysis and the food pyramid! Following is a brief list of
recommended sites for both health professionals and consumers. If I've
left out some important information sources, please email me, at crea@nso.uchc.edu.
Bon appetit!
